Gerard Cahillane

Gerard Cahillane is a Deputy Director for the National Development Finance Agency. He is with the NDFA since 2004. Prior to joining the NDFA, he was Head of Risk in NTMA with responsibility for funding and liquidity management and benchmarking of the national debt. Prior to joining the NTMA in 1991, he worked for six years in the Budget and Planning Division of the Department of Finance.
