For over 40 years, Housing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL) has provided homes to people with long-term mental health support needs as well as general needs social housing.

Our visiting tenancy sustainment model supports people to live independently and be integrated in the community. But behind every home, every tenancy and every success story is a team of people who genuinely care.

The dedication, compassion and expertise of our staff have shaped HAIL into the organisation it is today, and they will continue to shape where we go next.

Our teams see first-hand the positive impact that secure housing and the right tenancy sustainment support can have on people’s lives. From helping someone move into their first home to supporting them in sustaining their tenancy and becoming part of their local community, the work is both rewarding and purposeful.

We are growing, expanding our housing programme and developing new services, which means we are always looking for talented people who want to make a real difference.
